How do I start?

Are you insured?
Yes, Done N Dusted maintains public and employer’s liability insurance. In the event of damage or loss resulting from our negligence, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the item, considering its age and condition. Please note that we do not provide cover for accidental damage for the first £100.00 of any loss; this excess is the customer's responsibility.
What are your payment terms?
We have strict 7-day payment terms unless otherwise agreed. Services are typically paid monthly in arrears. Please note that we cannot commence services until we have received your signed contract .
Can you guarantee a specific arrival time?
While we schedule your services on specific days, we cannot guarantee the exact time our employees will arrive at your property.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service so that we can remedy the situation.
What is your cancellation or suspension policy?
Temporary Suspension: If you need to suspend service for a week or less, we require at least 48 hours' notice. This is granted at our discretion and incurs a retainer/administration fee of £3 per hour plus VAT.
Notice Period: If you wish to cancel your contract entirely, we require at least 12 weeks’ notice in writing. No suspensions or cancellations are permitted during this notice period.
Can I hire one of your cleaners directly?
No. Our contract includes a non-solicitation clause. Customers agree not to knowingly employ or entice away any person employed by Done N Dusted during the agreement and for one year after its termination. Breaching this may result in a claim for damages of at least £400.00.
It is your responsibility to ensure your property is safe for our employees. Our staff are instructed not to work in areas they deem hazardous or unsafe. If you are aware of a potential hazard, please contact us before work begins so we can carry out a risk assessment.
What are my responsibilities regarding health and safety?
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal or physical abuse. Our employees are instructed to leave immediately if they encounter hostility. In such cases, you will still be charged the full amount for the scheduled work.
